Elvis offers a one-year warranty on parts and labor, exactly as if you were buying new home furnishings.

Customer service

Elvis doesn't close at 4 p.m. like other stores. Elvis offers customer service days and evenings. If there is a problem with your home furnishing, Elvis will take care of the problem within 24 hours.

Phone repair service

Before sending the repairman, Elvis will try to troubleshoot over the phone. Elvis knows his appliances so well that he will find the problem - and the solution - 95% of the time. Before sending a repairman, Elvis will give you an estimate of the costs of the repair.

On-site evaluation service

Why move your old furniture and appliances when you want to buy new ones ? Elvis will evaluate your home furnishings and pick them up.

Green Elvis

Even if Elvis is old school, he's environmentally conscious. Elvis recuperates the old Freon (Freon 12) and replaces it with Freon 440, which reduces by 20% to 25% the electricity consumption of refrigerators and freezers.

Elvis doesn't wrap his furniture and appliances in tons of cardboard. He uses good old reusable blankets. Blankets are as efficient as cardboard, but much better for the environment.

When Elvis picks up appliances that have reached the end of their useful life, he takes them apart and sends the materials to be recycled and reused.
